LOST: Who - or what - do you believe?

After watching the explosive (it was that good) March 23rd episode of Lost titled, "Ab Aeterno," I'm scratching my head and thinking out loud:
Who in the heck is the bad guy on this show? Jacob? Man in black? Both?
Surely, that's what the millions of Lost fans are thinking today. Is there an ounce of truth coming from either side or flat-out lies from both?
